By submitting a booking enquiry or a custom-set brief to Meridian Studios, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, confirm a session. Bookings are confirmed once availability and any deposit have been agreed directly with the studio.
Custom builds
Every custom set is scoped and quoted on its own, so sending a brief does not imply a fixed price. A quote is confirmed in writing before any build work starts.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms for confirmed bookings and custom builds are agreed in writing at the time of confirmation.
