Meridian Studios is a photography and film studio with three spaces you can set up however the shoot needs them, and if what you have in mind does not exist yet, we will build it for you.
Three rooms at one address,
so nothing has to be compromised.
The Solarium gives you daylight, the Blackbox gives you complete control of the light, and the Backlot is where sets get built, and all three are in the same building. You can book one room for a session, or take the whole place for a production day.

The Solarium
A glasshouse-bright room under a vaulted skylight, built for portraits and lifestyle work that wants to feel unforced. Soft, directional daylight, warm timber floors, nothing between the subject and the light.

A blacked out cyclorama studio with a full rig overhead, so every fixture, gel and modifier is under your control. This is the room where the light gets shaped rather than simply switched on.

Our set building room, with exposed brick, a working rail of backdrops and props, and a crew who will strike it and rebuild it to your brief. If you can describe the set, we can usually build it.
